📋 Description

• Run and scale paid Bing Ads/Microsoft Advertising campaigns across a portfolio of accounts under the same brand name • Work directly with the CEO from day one • Take full ownership of advertising accounts • Communicate directly and flag issues immediately • Operate in a fast-changing, results-focused environment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing real ad spend on Bing Ads/Microsoft Advertising • Ability to show campaign results • Full ownership of accounts without hand-holding • Direct, fast communication and comfort with candid feedback • Ability to work independently in ambiguity and changing conditions • Comfort with performance-based compensation and variable weekly numbers • Fully remote freelance availability • Time tracking via the company's tool • NDA with non-compete clause required • Include the word "whiskers" in the application • Agencies should not apply
