• Calendar and appointment management for the executive management team (Google Calendar, Calendly) • Screen incoming emails, prioritize them and draft responses • Internal coordination between team members via Slack and ClickUp • Administrative support: invoice preparation, coordination with tax advisor and accounting, document organization • Outreach support: research contacts and prepare initial messages • Document and structure internal processes
• Enrolled at a German university, ideally studying Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a comparable field • Native-level German and very good written and spoken English • Structured, reliable and independent way of working • Strong organizational skills; you know how to prioritize without constant follow-ups • Confident use of digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp or similar) • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus • Discretion when handling sensitive business information
