📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales managers and reps to achieve individual and collective performance targets • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with North America revenue goals and corporate growth objectives • Drive pipeline generation and progression, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent attainment of quotas • Partner with Marketing, Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure sales alignment and client satisfaction • Monitor and manage KPIs including bookings, pipeline coverage, quota attainment, and retention metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth in SaaS industry • Experience in real estate software industry a plus • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex situations and drive outcomes • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
