🎯 Requirements
• 4-year degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years experience in consumer finance or tax work • Enrolled Agent, CPA, Tax Agent, or comparable certifications (preferred) • Previous military experience or experience supporting military service members (preferred) • Proven track record persuading clients to engage in value-added services and solutions • Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change around personal financial habits • Superlative listening skills that lead you to empathy and understanding • A high level of skill and comfort with technology • An openness to a culture of continuous development and improvement • A passion for helping people in need • Alignment with MSA’s values of Integrity, Compassion, Optimism, Growth, and Impact • U.S. Citizenship is required for this specific role.
