📋 Description

• Implement the AKIBA solution in MSF missions and projects in collaboration with MIO–Pharma and MIO–IT • Learn the technical and functional aspects of AKIBA and act as the main deployment knowledge point • Travel sequentially to missions and projects in Africa, the Middle East, South America and Asia to deploy the tool and ensure adoption • Organize field-team meetings to brief teams on deployment plans, AKIBA relevance and prerequisites • Supervise implementation, completeness, timeliness and reporting of deployment visits • Provide remote support to missions and projects until handover to the AKIBA team • Document and report implementation status • Set up and configure Dynamics 365 F&O for specific mission needs • Train mission and supply teams on AKIBA applications and provide functional support • Monitor system usage and challenges, document missing functional guide steps, and report progress and functional challenges • Design and deliver training to enable correct and sustainable use of the implemented component • Collaborate with project and supply teams, supply referents and central ERP support teams for coordinated rollout • Serve as primary contact for functional issues, troubleshooting and resolution during deployment • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, ownership and long-term sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including experience as a Supply Manager • Experience leading, coaching or supporting teams in remote, security-sensitive or challenging contexts • Previous experience training diverse teams, preferably in multicultural or humanitarian environments • Knowledge of MSF supply standards, procedures and technical practices • Good understanding of ERP solutions • Experience with MS Dynamics Supply Chain Management module deployment considered a strong asset • Fluency in English and French, written and spoken • Arabic considered a strong asset • Good computer skills • Strong planning, service orientation, teamwork and cross-cultural awareness • Commitment to Médecins Sans Frontières’ principles and values • Ability to travel frequently to MSF missions, with at least 80% of time in the field
