📋 Description

• Develop a consultation methodology and work-plan to identify access-related learning needs, knowledge gaps, interests, and preferences across MSF • Design and implement a mixed-methods consultation process using qualitative and quantitative approaches • Prepare interview guides, survey questionnaires, and data collection frameworks • Conduct interviews, focus groups, and/or other consultation activities with diverse stakeholders across regions, operational entities, and functions • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are reflected in the consultation process • Analyse consultation findings and identify learning needs, knowledge gaps, barriers, motivations, and audience preferences • Produce a findings report with practical recommendations for Access 101 learning products and activities • Present findings and recommendations to the Access 101 project team and relevant stakeholders • Translate consultation findings into recommendations for the Access 101 Tembo course syllabus • Recommend learning objectives, thematic areas, audience segmentation, and priority content modules • Advise on suitable learning formats, including e-learning, downloadable resources, and regional workshops

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Health, Organizational Development, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning design, curriculum development, organizational learning, or stakeholder consultation • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative consultation or research processes • Strong analytical and report-writing skills • Experience engaging diverse stakeholders across regions, functions, and cultural contexts • Excellent written and spoken English • Knowledge of French, Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese is an asset • Experience in humanitarian, global health, international development, or non-profit environments is an asset • The candidate must have rights to work as a “Consultant” in their country of residence
