📋 Description

• Responsibility for expanding the Chemicals unit • Strengthening the client base • Active management and strategic development of existing client relationships • Targeted acquisition of new projects • Management of the end-to-end sales process • Development and commercialization of innovative solutions • Positioning the service portfolio with clients and in the market • Supporting projects at management or steering-committee level • Preparation of marketing materials and representation at conferences and industry working groups

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Several years of relevant professional experience in industry and/or consulting • In-depth knowledge of the core processes of the chemical industry • Established, reliable network within the relevant industry • Proven track record in client and project acquisition • Commercially minded • Knowledge of consulting business models • Willingness to assume profit and loss (P&L) responsibility • Strong communication skills • Fluency in German and English
