📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues within production environments. • Provide support for and optimize containerized platforms, including Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and OpenStack. • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high-severity incidents to identify underlying problems. • Develop and maintain automation scripts primarily using Python and Ansible. • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point, committed to ensuring high service availability and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Nokia Container Services (NCS) and CloudBand Infrastructure Software (CBIS) is essential. • Strong experience with the following technologies and practices: Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, Linux (specifically Red Hat/CentOS distributions), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Python and/or Ansible for automation. • Complex troubleshooting in cloud infrastructure environments. • Proven experience supporting production environments as a Tier 3/L3 Engineer or equivalent. • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required for daily international collaboration.
