📋 Description

• Design and define end-to-end architectures for enterprise Generative AI solutions. • Develop and implement agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures. • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and similar systems. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable AI-driven solutions. • Ensure solutions meet stringent production requirements for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability. • Define and implement AI safety strategies, guardrails, and risk mitigation approaches, including grounding techniques and prompt injection prevention. • Evaluate and balance architectural trade-offs, such as latency vs. accuracy and automation vs. human control.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong backend development expertise (Python preferred) • Proven experience designing and delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, o-series models) within Microsoft Azure environments • Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Grounding strategies • Experience designing Agentic AI systems, including Orchestrator architectures and Multi-agent architectures • Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Enterprise integration patterns, OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC • Ability to design end-to-end workflows across multiple enterprise systems. • Experience with Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Observability, Logging, Monitoring, KPI definition • Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and operational requirements • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Docker, Azure Container Apps, Azure App Services, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
