📋 Description

• Provide cloud administration, automation, and infrastructure support across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments. • Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments. • Support Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to ensure system performance, availability, and scalability. • Design, implement, and maintain DevSecOps pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation. • Implement and maintain cloud security controls in accordance with FedRAMP and federal cybersecurity requirements. • Develop cloud architecture, operational procedures, security policies, and automation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Internet infrastructure to ensure network reliability and performance. • Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and capacity planning to maximize system uptime. • Conduct network modeling, performance testing, and infrastructure optimization initiatives. • Administer network security technologies and ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices. • Coordinate network hardware and software integration, upgrades, and lifecycle activities. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to network support personnel and end-user support teams. • Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical recommendations for continuous service improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Network Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related IT infrastructure role (Journeyman level). • Experience administering Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments. • Experience supporting IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud services. • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Knowledge of FedRAMP and federal cybersecurity compliance requirements. • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting LAN, WAN, and Internet technologies. • Experience monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and optimizing infrastructure. • Knowledge of network architecture, routing, switching, firewalls, and security technologies. • Experience supporting cloud and network infrastructure upgrades and technology refresh initiatives. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently resolve complex technical issues. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
