📋 Description

• Run MSPbots’ marketing end to end, from initial ad exposure through booked sales calls • Run LinkedIn, Google, and Reddit ads targeting IT company owners, service desk managers, and operations leaders • Set up and troubleshoot tracking for sign-ups and meetings • Report on cost per lead, clicks, and demo bookings • Lead product launch campaigns, including ads, landing pages, one-pagers, video scripts, webinars, and emails • Test new channels, including Facebook, YouTube, video testimonials, and campaigns targeting specific companies • Build HubSpot automated journeys from initial interest to free trial to sales call • Create follow-up emails for trial users • Manage email deliverability through domain setup, warm-up, and clean lists • Report results using Google Analytics and Looker Studio • Improve Google rankings with comparison, integration, and use-case pages • Improve free-trial sign-up and onboarding experience • Convert customer interviews and calls into blog posts, case studies, and testimonials • Write LinkedIn posts, Reddit community posts, and newsletters • Develop product positioning and messaging with the product team • Research industry trends and competitors • Use AI for ads, outreach, content, and reporting, and help adopt new AI tools • Support expansion into markets such as Australia • Lead trade show presence, including booth design, materials, and messaging • Help manage designers, interns, and team tasks • Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams • Share marketing progress with leadership and finance during quarterly planning • Maintain a company-wide library of case studies, testimonials, and sales materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in marketing • At least 2 years in-house or leading strategy at a business-to-business tech company • Experience building campaigns from scratch, deciding who to target, what to say, and what to offer • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads • Hands-on HubSpot experience with automated emails and workflows • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Daily use of AI tools in marketing, with real examples of improved results or time savings • Strong writing ability and ability to explain why a campaign works • Experience with technical products marketed to businesses, such as software, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT services • Bonus: experience with Reddit, Facebook, or YouTube ads; AI outreach tools; Zapier or Make; webinars or trade shows; IT or MSP industry
