📋 Description

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns • Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across relevant channels • Research competitors, industry trends and new marketing opportunities • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives alongside the sales team • Manage marketing to existing customers to grow product counts • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements • Update and catalogue marketing assets • Manage social media channels and content calendars • Create, schedule and publish social media content • Write and edit blogs, articles, website content, emails and other marketing materials • Repurpose content across platforms and formats • Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone of voice • Create basic graphics and marketing assets using Canva or similar tools • Update and maintain website content • Support on-page SEO, organic search and AI search inclusion initiatives • Conduct keyword and competitor research • Improve website visibility, content and conversion opportunities • Monitor website traffic and search performance using Google Analytics and Search Console • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automated sequences • Support lead-generation activities and nurture prospects • Improve marketing funnels, enquiries and conversions • Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns where required • Test audiences, messaging and creative • Track website, social media, campaign and lead-generation performance • Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend improvements • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for research, content ideation, copywriting, analysis and campaign development • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks and stay current with digital marketing, AI and automation tools

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Experience managing social media and creating digital content • Experience with content marketing and email marketing • Good understanding of SEO and website marketing • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Zoho, and/or Salesforce • Experience using Canva or similar creative tools • Strong organisational and project management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday work • Experience in LinkedIn promotion and engagement • Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience • WhatsApp or other CMS experience • HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar marketing platforms • Google Analytics and Google Search Console experience • Marketing automation experience • Lead-generation or B2B marketing experience • Experience working with Australian, UK or US businesses • Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make or other automation platforms
