📋 Description

• Lead front-end development initiatives within a collaborative team environment • Collaborate with clients and lead team members through the design and implementation of high-quality solutions based on technical and business requirements • Drive adoption of modern development standards, tools, and frameworks • Produce detailed documentation and test plans • Maintain well-documented, clean, and efficient code • Mentor junior and mid-level team members and promote best practices and professional growth • Foster trusted partnerships with coworkers and clients • Develop interactive prototypes to explore innovative UI solutions • Develop tested and documented TypeScript, HTML, and CSS • Build responsive, cross-browser-compatible applications optimized for desktop and mobile • Adhere to branding guidelines and UX standards • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, peers, and management

🎯 Requirements

• Code samples are required • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience • Deep proficiency with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript • Extensive experience with React, including complex state management and architecture • Proficient with Git workflows and branch strategies • Strong capabilities in browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) • Advanced understanding of UI/UX principles, design patterns, and responsive design • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices • Intermediate or fluent spoken English, fluent in written English • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills • Reliable and dependable, consistently meeting deadlines and commitments • Nice to have: Professional experience with Next.js • Nice to have: Experience with additional front-end frameworks • Nice to have: Experience with content management systems (CMS) • Nice to have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields
