📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new training providers, trainer networks, and service partners for the international professional development portfolio • Select, evaluate, and develop service providers • Build long-term, collaborative supplier relationships • Lead contract and price negotiations • Ensure attractive commercial terms and sustainable service quality • Analyze existing service-provider structures and identify optimization opportunities • Continuously improve procurement, contract management, and sourcing processes • Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and external partners • Support tenders, bid comparisons, and the selection of suitable service providers • Maintain and develop supplier and contract databases

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in service procurement, vendor management, or managing external partners • Ideally, knowledge of professional development, training, Learning & Development, talent development, HR services, or consulting • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to successfully reconcile different interests • Structured, self-directed approach to work and a good sense of priorities • Enjoy building relationships and developing a partner network • Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills • Experience in traditional production, materials, logistics, or supply chain procurement is not required
