📋 Description

• You identify and win new training institutes and learning service providers and independently conduct contract and price negotiations • You strategically develop existing supplier relationships and sustainably optimize quality, service levels and terms • You identify optimization opportunities in our service portfolio and support well-founded decisions on insourcing or outsourcing of services • You analyze and optimize existing procurement processes and drive the further development of our contract and procurement standards • You act as the central interface between departments, clients and service providers, ensuring efficient and seamless procurement processes • With your negotiation skills and sensitivity to differing interests, you will significantly drive the expansion of our procurement area • You are responsible for maintaining and quality-assuring supplier and master data in our systems

🎯 Requirements

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration • Initial professional experience in indirect procurement, vendor management and ideally in the training/continuing education sector • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and a professional demeanor when dealing with national and international partners • Basic knowledge of contract law and experience in drafting contracts with service providers and suppliers • Customer- and service-orientation, initiative and good commercial and analytical understanding • A structured, responsible and quality-oriented working style • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
