📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new training providers, trainer networks, and service partners for the international professional development portfolio • Take responsibility for the selection, evaluation, and development of service providers • Build long-term, collaborative supplier relationships • Conduct contract and price negotiations and ensure attractive terms and sustainable service quality • Analyze existing service provider structures and identify optimization opportunities • Continuously develop procurement, contract management, and sourcing processes • Work closely with internal departments, customers, and external partners • Support tenders, bid comparisons, and the selection of suitable service providers • Maintain and further develop supplier and contract databases

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in services procurement, vendor management, or managing external partners • Ideally, knowledge of professional development, training, Learning & Development, HR services, or consulting • Confident negotiation skills and the ability to successfully reconcile different interests • Structured, self-directed approach to work and a strong sense of priorities • Enjoy building relationships and developing a strong partner network • Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills • Very good command of German • Good command of English
