📋 Description

• Provide expert assistance in diagnosing complex technical issues • Support the dealer network with quick solution finding for technical product issues • Work closely with technicians in workshops and dealerships • Provide repair instructions via specified communication channels • Use practical workshop experience to support development of solutions for the entire product range • Act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer • Aftersales retail experience is an advantage • Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures • Fluency in any CEE language and English is required • Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail • Ability to work on own initiative • Flexible and proactive personality • Personal qualities of integrity and credibility • High-level organizational and time management skills • Strong business acumen and customer focus • Experience with a high-performing, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus
