📋 Description

• Create and update job descriptions as required • Advertise job openings on the company careers page, social media, and job boards • Source potential candidates from online channels • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates • Screen incoming resumes and application forms • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers • Update the employee database on the company portal • Gather attendance and leave data • Coordinate with the Accounts team on payroll processing details • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs • Apply theoretical knowledge to day-to-day HR activities • Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams • Work with the reporting manager, business heads, and internal teams • Deliver byte-sized project outcomes weekly • Provide task updates to the Project Management Executive

🎯 Requirements

• Student currently studying and seeking an internship opportunity • Masters degree specializing in HR or any relevant field from a reputed Institute • Good conceptual knowledge in HR • Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process • Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work 10 to 15 hours per week • Ability to attend the virtual office during the selected work slot • Familiarity with Moodle and Zoho One is beneficial through the internship
