âą Create and updating job descriptions as and when required âą Advertise job openings on companyâs careers page, social media, job boards and source potential candidates from online channels âą Craft Recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and screen incoming resumes and application forms âą Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers âą Updating Employee data base on our portal âą Gather information on attendance and leave data as and when required âą Co-ordinate with Accounts team on the payroll processing details âą Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs âą Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various day to day activities âą Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams.
âą Masters degree specializing in HR or any relevant field from a reputed Institute âą Good conceptual knowledge in HR âą Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process âą Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
