📋 Description
• Manage a statewide bankruptcy caseload and keep things moving efficiently • Prepare and file motions, pleadings, Proofs of Claim, Payment Change Notices, and other key documents • Conduct Chapter 13 Plan Reviews and draft Objections to plan, where necessary • Attend court hearings (virtual and in-person)
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and an active Georgia Bar Membership in good standing is required. • 3+ years of Bankruptcy experience is preferred - including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 13 and plan confirmation exposure. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to travel as needed to attend hearings and other court appearances.
