📋 Description

• As a BID Manager at Müller's Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leading the bid management process for our SAP solutions and services. • Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the preparation of high-quality proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and organizational standards. • You will work closely with sales teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop winning strategies that enhance our competitive position in the market. • Manage and coordinate the entire bid process, from bid/no-bid decision to submission and post-bid review. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that highlight our SAP solutions and services. • Research and analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform bid strategies. • Ensure compliance with all client requirements, including pricing, documentation, and submission formats. • Present bid proposals to stakeholders and facilitate discussions to drive decisions. • Gather feedback and conduct post-submission reviews to continuously improve the bid process. • Maintain a repository of bid materials, templates, and best practices for future use.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in bid management or proposal writing, preferably within the SAP solutions/services sector. • Strong understanding of the bidding process and proposal development methodologies. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information. • Strong analytical and research skills to inform bid strategies. • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in using proposal management tools and software. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
