📋 Description

• Engage with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements and technical specifications. • Architect and configure BMC Helix solutions that align with client objectives and workflows. • Lead the implementation process, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout. • Provide technical expertise and support during system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and user guides. • Stay current on BMC Helix updates and industry trends to continually improve solutions. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to enable effective use of Helix solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or solution architect role focused on BMC Helix. • Extensive knowledge of the Helix platform, including its architecture and various functionalities. • Proficiency in designing client-centric solutions through a deep understanding of business processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teams. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a remote work environment. • BMC Helix certifications are highly desirable.
