📋 Description

• Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive solutions using SAP RE-FX. • Implement, configure, and optimize RE-FX functionalities including contract management, billing, and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of RE-FX with other SAP modules and systems. • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on RE-FX processes and practices. • Develop and execute test plans to validate the configurations and customizations made in RE-FX. • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing RE-FX implementations. • Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP RE-FX and real estate management best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience working with SAP RE-FX or in a similar role focused on real estate management. • Strong understanding of business processes related to real estate management, including leasing, maintenance, and billing. • Experience with SAP integration practices and working knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM) is a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and experience with data management practices. • SAP certification in RE-FX or related areas is preferred.
