📋 Description

• Manage and maintain on-premises Microsoft Exchange Server environments • Administer virtualized servers on Hyper-V • Implement and manage backup solutions • Administer and monitor Windows Server and Linux servers (Ubuntu/Red Hat) • Configure and maintain web services (Apache, IIS) • Manage SQL Server databases at a basic to intermediate level • Manage firewalls such as NG Firewall, SonicWall, or equivalent solutions • Configure and maintain network infrastructure with MikroTik routers and managed Cisco switches • Manage corporate wireless environments using UniFi • Implement and support network authentication with Microsoft NPS (RADIUS) • Document procedures, policies, and environments clearly and in an auditable manner • Apply governance best practices based on ITIL and ITSM tools • Propose continuous improvements to infrastructure, security, and monitoring • Support development, information security, and advanced-user teams

🎯 Requirements

• On-premises Exchange Server (2019) • Hyper-V (high availability, snapshots, failover clustering) • Windows Server (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO) • Linux Server (network services, permissions, hardening) • NG Firewall (SonicWall, Sophos, pfSense, or equivalent solutions) • Acronis Cyber Backup • IIS and Apache HTTP Server • MikroTik (firewall, NAT, VPN, routing) • Cisco switches (VLAN, trunking, STP, port security) • Microsoft NPS/RADIUS • Ubiquiti UniFi wireless (controller, provisioning, RF mapping) • Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, or a related field • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams • Organization, proactivity, and discipline in documentation • Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement • Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), MikroTik, Cisco (CCNA), or ITIL Foundation certifications are a plus • Experience with Zabbix, PRTG, or Nagios is a plus • PowerShell or Bash automation scripting is a plus • Experience with ITSM tools such as GLPI, OTRS, or Freshservice is a plus • Experience documenting technical processes using Confluence, Word, or GitLab Wiki is a plus • Experience in hybrid environments involving Exchange and Microsoft 365 is a plus • Experience implementing Always On VPN, IPsec, or OpenVPN is a plus • Asset management and inventory control experience is a plus
