📋 Description

• Collaborate with our teams to determine the best IT infrastructure, tools and platforms • Design, implement, and maintain our IT systems • Troubleshoot internal IT challenges as they arise • Ensure our compliance with clients’ IT security policies and procedures • Perform regular maintenance tasks • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation • Maintain an inventory of hardware and software licenses • Support team onboarding and offboarding from both internal and client systems • Stay up to date on emerging technologies, and tools • Embrace AI tools as supportive resources to streamline workflows, enhance problem-solving, and boost efficiency • Contribute to culture of continuous creative improvement, innovation, and excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 3 years full-time experience in an IT support role • Hands-on experience providing support in both Windows and MacOS environments, including setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance • Demonstrated experience supporting cloud-based tools, and managing user accounts, permissions, and licenses • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users • Excellent problem-solving skills • Openness to AI
