📋 Description

• Handle multiple data entry tasks concurrently while prioritizing workload and managing time effectively to meet deadlines • Support and maintain existing internal tools and systems • Validate data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Turn around new item forms and promotional forms through Excel or retailer portals • Manage product-related data and maintain accurate product information records across systems • Coordinate with team members and brands to gather and distribute information across departments

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles. • Experience working within a US based company • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel • Proficiency in Monday.com or any similar project management tools • Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise and accurate data entry • Knowledgeable in creating basic data visualizations (charts, graphs, or tables) to summarize and present data (nice-to-have) • Experience in the Logistics Industry (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with PIM and DAM System (nice-to-have) • Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
