📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate operational opportunities tied to cost reduction, efficiency gains, scalability, and error reduction • Query and analyze complex datasets (SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools) to quantify impact, prioritize initiatives, and support decision-making • Build clear business cases, success metrics, and ROI expectations for proposed initiatives • Actively investigate and resolve immediate, high-priority issues (such as inventory discrepancies, order cancellations, and fulfillment bottlenecks) to ensure seamless service delivery and minimal customer impact • Own strategic, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution • Define scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies • Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure accountability, without formal management authority • Track progress and communicate outcomes and tradeoffs to leadership • Redesign processes to reduce manual work, defects, and rework • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive manual tasks and free up capacity for higher-value work • Partner with Product and Technology on system improvements and automation • Update SOPs and operating models as new solutions are implemented • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs and program performance • Define KPIs and success metrics for initiatives • Monitor performance post-launch, dig into root causes of variance, and iterate as needed • Document learnings and share insights across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Available to work full shifts until 4:30pm PST • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English • Reliable high-speed internet connection for home office
