📋 Description

• Check if player withdrawal requests should be approved based on internal rules. • Approve manual deposits and withdrawal requests of players. • Correct player balances and fix potential transaction problems. • Monitor player behavior and transaction history, running fraud and risk checks based on guidelines. • Resolve various incidents related to fraud and payments.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of hierarchy • Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish • 1-2 years of related experience is desirable
