📋 Description

• Independently perform maintenance, repair and servicing work on modern equipment and systems • Analyze and resolve faults — mechanical, electrical and software-related • Use digital tools to diagnose and document service calls • Independently plan and carry out service assignments across Dortmund, Essen, Cologne, Frankfurt and Kassel • Participate in a rotating on-call duty (24/7) • Work closely with internal departments and technical specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in mechanics, electronics or mechatronics (industrial or trade) • Ideally, professional experience in field service as a fitter/installer or service technician • Strong technical understanding and good practical skills • High level of independence and willingness to travel for installations and service calls • Reliable, careful and structured working style • Enjoyment of varied service activities with changing customers • Flexibility, commitment and a customer-oriented manner
