📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing IT projects from inception to completion. • Ensuring projects align with business goals and meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. • Managing and delivering IT projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum). • Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. • Managing relationships with IT vendors and internal business units. • Developing and modeling business processes. • Utilizing ServiceNow Project Management Module for tracking and managing projects. • Overseeing performance management of IT projects. • Implementing and managing organizational change initiatives. • Applying ITIL best practices to project management processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executing projects using various project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM/AGILE). • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executing system implementations using various software development methodologies (e.g., SDLC). • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing medium-sized or larger projects in a public sector IT organization. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute preferred. • Certification as a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred. • Expert knowledge and experience in Waterfall, Scrum/Agile project management best practices. • Proficient in vendor relationship management, including contractual and performance aspects. • Advanced knowledge and experience in organizational change management. • Proficient in ITIL methodology.
