• Helps shape the HR technology that supports our people and the work they do every day • Partners closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into smart system design, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements • Ensures HR platforms run smoothly day to day, enabling a better experience for leaders, managers, and employees across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred, but a combination of work experience and education will be considered • 5 or more years of increasing responsibility with proven experience in project management, implementing/managing HR systems, projects, understanding and optimizing HR processes, managing data, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects • Expertise with SmartRecruiters ATS highly preferred
