📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary aerospace development effort, driving day-to-day execution of the program • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate the resources necessary to execute the program • Synchronize a diverse technical team by establishing tools, practices, and process • Participate in technical discussions, ask probing questions, and work with the team to pull together scoping, schedules, and solutions to issues • Track and report program metrics on schedule, resource, cost, risk, and technical performance • Serve as the face of the company to customers, subcontractors and suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience in program management • B.S. in an engineering discipline, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred • Track record of successfully delivering complete systems on time, to scope, with high quality • Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems • Ability to instantiate and manage integrated master schedules • Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills • Experience in vendor and contract management
