📋 Description

• Gathering customer requirements and designing and optimizing processes • Supporting customers' SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management • Implementing new functional and statutory requirements through appropriate customizing • Advising and supporting business units in optimizing processes within the SAP HCM system landscape • Ensuring cost-effective delivery of projects (particularly around year-end) • Providing ongoing operational support to customers as part of 2nd level support

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of consulting and/or project experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management • Quick learner with strong teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility • Independent working style and commitment, confident manner, and strong communication skills • Fluent German language skills
