📋 Description

• Build and evolve identity and access systems for authentication and authorization, SSO, user provisioning, session management, and permissions • Build and evolve enterprise administration experiences, including company and workspace configuration, user and content administration, billing, and internal admin tooling • Collaborate with Product, Design, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering partners to deliver secure and intuitive experiences • Prototype, implement, and maintain Admin & IAM platform features • Own technical initiatives from design through implementation, rollout, and operational support • Build flexible, observable, maintainable, secure, high-quality, performant, and reliable solutions • Use AI tools in fundamental workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and system understanding • Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews • Mentor teammates and improve engineering processes and best practices • Report to an Engineering Manager and work with a small, focused team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and shipping large-scale production software as part of an agile engineering team • Experience learning new technologies, platforms, and stacks and becoming productive quickly in large, existing codebases • Pragmatic interest in using AI-driven development practices to improve productivity, code quality, and system understanding • Strong experience building backend systems and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, MongoDB, or comparable technologies • Hands-on experience building production user interfaces with React and modern frontend patterns • Ability to plan and deliver technical projects iteratively while balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability • Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, design, security, and engineering partners • Experience working in a fast-moving or growth-stage environment • Domain experience with authentication flows, authorization models, roles and permissions, SSO, SCIM provisioning, or session management • Experience building enterprise administration or B2B SaaS configuration surfaces such as organization management, billing, or admin dashboards
