📋 Description

• Ensure that communication within and between organizations involved in the various phases is occurring effectively, and that management and other stakeholders are kept informed of progress, as necessary. • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress while managing changes to project scope, project schedule, and project cost. • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Perform project risk assessments, including, among others, the risk of exceeding the budget, not meeting schedules, and technology risks. • Understand, assess, and embed the right delivery methodologies, considering the project and business constraints. • Utilize appropriate Program Management Best Practices throughout the project duration. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of delivery, ideally with at least 5 years in a project management role. • Ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical, and cross-functional issues. • Excellent client-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills. • High-caliber organizational skills (e.g., attention to detail, multitasking, etc.). • Proven leadership and experience in project management. • Project Management Professional (PMP) / Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
