📋 Description

• Monitor the project roadmaps for the Digital Experience Directorate squads (App Vivo, Meu Vivo Empresas and Ecommerce), verifying that established objectives, scope and deadlines are being met; • Maintain continuous communication between internal and external teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and progress; • Monitor project schedules, using management tools to create status reports and make adjustments as necessary; • Present reports and updates to senior management, highlighting results, challenges and next steps; • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, proposing action strategies when necessary; • Propose improvements to project management processes based on results analysis and feedback; • Develop and monitor project performance metrics related to productivity, quality and agility; • Perform operational activities relevant to project maintenance: application releases; legal and regulatory risk control; analysis of product fixes and corrections, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager, Project Analyst, Agile Coach, or Scrum Master. • Strong knowledge of agile and project management methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban. • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify improvement opportunities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and handle large volumes of data. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Miro. • Proactivity and autonomy to make decisions and solve problems. • Results-oriented with a focus on quality.
