📋 Description

• Support the definition, maturity assessment, and adoption of Agile methodologies; • Organize, participate in, facilitate, and improve team and department ceremonies; • Act as an active point of support for Product Owners (POs) and Tech Leads in Agile routines; • Facilitate and monitor OKRs; • Map workflows and dependencies across teams and departments; • Promote the sharing of best practices; • Provide and promote trainings; • Monitor metrics; • Actively diagnose issues in the implementation of Agile practices; • Coordinate with area executives to ensure Agile implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Lean principles; • KMP I and/or II, CSM, or PSM I certification(s); • Experience with OKRs; • Knowledge of Product Discovery and Lean Inception; • Agile methods applied in a software development context; • Project management experience; • Strategy planning and management; • Facilitation and meeting leadership skills.
