📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design function across Product, Marketing, and Communications • Manage and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and contractors • Oversee brand identity, visual systems, and design standards across all materials and platforms • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate strategy and user insights into compelling visual experiences • Design and refine UI/UX flows, mockups, and components for Muvr’s mobile and web platforms • Direct marketing design output: social graphics, ads, landing pages, pitch decks, and promotional assets • Develop templates, style guides, and scalable design systems for faster, consistent production • Use AI-assisted tools (Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT) to accelerate creative ideation and layout generation • Oversee creative project intake, timelines, and priorities in ClickUp, ensuring smooth delivery across departments • Partner with leadership to evolve Muvr’s brand as we expand nationwide.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in design (UI/UX, brand, or creative direction), including 2+ years leading teams • Strong portfolio showcasing product design, brand systems, and marketing visuals • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design workflows • Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, UX principles, and scalable design systems • Experience managing design teams, freelancers, and cross-functional creative projects • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills • Preferred: Experience working in startups, logistics, or marketplace platforms • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Figma AI) • Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind) for better design-to-dev handoff • Experience building or maintaining brand systems during high growth phases.
