📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end provider onboarding process, including document verification, background checks, and vehicle eligibility. • Train new providers on platform standards such as proof-of-delivery, safety requirements, and compliance protocols. • Monitor compliance on an ongoing basis — escalating repeat safety violations, fraud suspicions, or policy breaches. • Partner with Driver Ops, Safety, and CentralOps teams on escalations requiring account suspension or removal. • Maintain accurate and audit-ready compliance records in line with GDPR, CCPA, PCI, and regional regulations. • Provide clear, empathetic, but policy-first communication to providers during onboarding and compliance reviews. • Surface trends and insights to improve training materials, reduce repeat non-compliance, and strengthen marketplace integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, onboarding, operations, or risk management (preferably in logistics, gig economy, or marketplaces). • Strong knowledge of compliance and safety policies (insurance verification, background checks, licensing). • Excellent communication skills: empathetic, professional, and firm when enforcing rules. • High attention to detail and ability to spot irregularities in documentation or processes. • Strong organizational and audit skills, with experience handling sensitive PII securely. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Policy, Safety, and Ops teams. • Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM and compliance tracking tools.
