📋 Description

• Lead a distributed engineering team (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, ML). • Design and maintain core systems powering orders, routing, pricing, and communication. • Own uptime, performance, and scalability across all microservices. • Collaborate with Product and Ops to align technical roadmaps with operational goals. • Drive agile development practices, sprint planning, and code review culture. • Mentor engineers and support career growth, engagement, and performance. • Coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems. • Partner with AI/ML teams on predictive routing, ETA, and pricing logic. • Maintain strong collaboration with Security and Compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in team leadership. • Understand microservice architectures, API-first design, and event-driven systems. • Are hands-on with Node.js, Python, Go, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL. • Thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. • Can translate product goals into scalable, reliable technical systems. • Have experience leading hybrid or remote teams across time zones.
