📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Muvr’s full logistics marketplace. • Deeply understand user needs across multi-sided personas — customers booking jobs, providers completing them, and partners integrating with Muvr. • Translate complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable UX and product flows. • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to launch high-quality, compliant features. • Define success metrics for booking conversion, job completion rate, user satisfaction, and platform reliability. • Use data and research to drive prioritization and continuous improvement. • Work with leadership to identify platform growth opportunities and improve lifecycle engagement. • Ensure every feature shipped balances user empathy, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management , ideally in logistics, delivery, or marketplace environments. • Are passionate about crafting great user experiences in complex, real-world systems. • Understand how multi-sided marketplaces function — demand, supply, and partner dynamics. • Have strong analytical skills (you’re comfortable using data to guide decisions). • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Thrive in fast-paced, operationally complex environments where impact is measurable.
