📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes according to MuvRH and client requirements; • Perform candidate sourcing (active search) across various channels (LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, etc.); • Screen résumés and conduct video/phone interviews; • Prepare candidate presentation reports for the client (evaluations, comparisons, shortlists); • Follow up on the process through to vacancy closure, in alignment with MuvRH.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Headhunter, or Recruitment and Selection Analyst; • Experience with hunting (active candidate sourcing); • Strong oral and written communication skills; • Organized and able to manage deadlines and multiple vacancies; • Access to a computer and a stable internet connection; • Experience with operational and tactical positions is desirable. Comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn, Pandapé, Empregos.com, and Indeed.
