📋 Description

• Generate sales and convert clients, with a 90% sales generation and client conversion focus • Handle 10% administrative work for internal engineering dispatching • Lead corporate pitches for preventive maintenance service SLAs, spare part supply pipelines, and breakdown/repair packages • Map out and visit manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and industrial zones across Penang to promote service offerings • Formulate engineering service quotations and negotiate complex commercial contract terms • Resolve customer objections to secure long-term agreements • Coordinate with field technicians to schedule, allocate, and monitor preventive maintenance and breakdown repair jobs • Handle client escalations, warranty claims, and technical resolution processes with the operations support desk • Participate in regional industrial trade shows • Identify new engineering applications • Update CRM systems with pipeline data and forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or equivalent field) • Minimum 5 years of working experience in an engineering environment • Strong emphasis on technical sales or aftermarket service sales • Proven capability to engage confidently with multi-tiered stakeholders, from maintenance technicians up to plant procurement directors • Self-disciplined and highly driven to succeed under a 100% remote working infrastructure
