📋 Description

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the HVAC, manufacturing, and food processing sectors across the Central Region. • Provide expert consultation to engineers and contractors, ensuring our motors, blowers, and mechanical drive components are correctly specified for their projects. • Nurture high-value relationships with existing industrial end-users and distributors. • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations that highlight energy efficiency and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) benefits. • Work independently to manage your pipeline, from initial lead generation to closing and after-sales support.

🎯 Requirements

• A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 3–5 years in industrial technical sales. • Experience with ACMV/HVAC systems, power transmission, or rotating equipment is a significant advantage. • An existing network of contacts among M&E contractors, OEMs, or industrial distributors in Selangor and KL. • Proven ability to stay disciplined and productive in a fully remote environment. • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus for communicating with specific client segments. • Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for frequent travel within the territory.
