• This is a remote position. • The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling our client's advanced sealing solutions to meet diverse customer needs within Malaysia. • This role involves analyzing customer requirements, applying sales excellence strategies, and achieving sales and profit targets. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or technical roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Familiarity with rubber/plastic products, seals, and bearings is highly desirable. • Application knowledge within specific segments such as Automotive, Fluidpower, or Semiconductor is a significant advantage. • Strong customer-driven approach with a positive and professional attitude. • Excellent negotiation, communication, convincing, and influencing skills. • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, commitment, drive, and resourcefulness.
