📋 Description

• Manage the client's presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and additional platforms • Publish tutorials, product demonstrations, original AI-generated content, branding videos, marketing campaigns, and customer showcases • Optimize titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, publishing schedules, and platform-specific formatting • Monitor comments and community engagement, respond where appropriate, and escalate customer inquiries • Track views, engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance • Provide regular analytics-based recommendations • Coordinate publishing calendars and campaign execution across all social platforms • Collaborate with Product, Creative, Video Editors, AI Workflow Builders, and Marketing leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing social media accounts for brands or creators • Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously • Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Experience publishing short-form and vertical video content • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Fluent English spoken, reading, and writing required • Experience with AI-generated content and creator tools • Experience growing social channels from the ground up • Community management experience • Experience with paid social campaigns • YouTube SEO and analytics • A/B testing of thumbnails, titles, and hooks • Experience with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Metricool • Experience with creative AI tools • Experience with video or media pipelines • Experience designing developer tools • Understanding of GenAI model workflows
