• Manage cases from inception through resolution • Draft pleadings and handle motion practice • Conduct depositions and participate in mediations • Prepare for and participate in trials • Collaborate directly with clients and claims professionals • Autonomy to manage caseloads and high client contact
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed attorney • Minimum 2 Years of Experience Required • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in defense litigation • Experience in one or more of: Commercial litigation, Professional liability, Product liability, Premises liability, Employment law, Business litigation, Bodily injury • Skilled in legal research and written/oral communication • Motivated self-starter • Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive • Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality work • Career-oriented with a strong interest in growth and development
