• Acting as lead trial counsel in civil jury and bench trials • Handling New Hampshire court appearances, hearings, and trials independently • Managing cases from inception through verdict or settlement • Conducting voir dire, openings, witness examinations, and closings • Preparing and arguing dispositive, evidentiary, and trial-related motions • Preparing witnesses, managing exhibits, and trial presentation • Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel • Working collaboratively with firm attorneys and staff while maintaining an independent caseload
• JD from an accredited law school • Active New Hampshire law license • At least five years of litigation experience • Clear, demonstrable first-chair civil trial experience • Strong courtroom presence and command of trial procedure • Ability to travel throughout Central and Northern New Hampshire • Strong writing, organizational, and advocacy skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote structure
