📋 Description

• Support daily administrative operations within the insurance agency • Assist with policy servicing and insurance-related documentation • Handle billing inquiries and assist in resolving policy billing issues • Maintain accurate client records and account information within the database • Manage inbound inquiries via phone from clients and prospects • Proactively track and follow up on missing information, signatures, and documents needed to issue or update policies • Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in insurance administrative support roles • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level, both verbal and written) • Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and online systems • Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new tools quickly • Experience working within Personal Lines Insurance, particularly Homeowners and Auto Insurance (highly preferred) • Strong understanding of casualty insurance processes and terminology (highly preferred) • Experience using HawkSoft and PL Rating software (nice to have) • Experience handling insurance billing issues and payment-related inquiries (nice to have) • Previous experience working remotely for a U.S.-based insurance agency (nice to have) • Must be available during U.S. Central Time (CST/CDT) business hours
