📋 Description

• Identify the correct parts required for appliance repairs • Research and source accurate part numbers based on appliance and repair information • Locate parts through appropriate vendors and suppliers • Place and manage daily parts orders using purchase order (PO) numbers • Verify part numbers, availability, pricing, and order details before purchasing • Track orders and maintain accurate parts and purchasing records • Communicate with vendors and internal team members • Maintain organized records in systems and databases

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional experience working with parts • Strong knowledge of parts identification, sourcing, and ordering processes • Experience researching and sourcing part numbers • Experience creating and managing purchase orders (POs) • Comfortable working with vendors, supplier websites, and parts ordering systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure ordering accuracy • Fluent English (verbal and written) • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience working with a U.S. based appliance repair or home services company (highly preferred)
