📋 Description
• Manage the full cycle of influencer campaigns, from initial research to final execution • Identify the right creators and build long-lasting relationships • Handle contract negotiations to secure the best partners for the brand • Manage all active collaborations holistically • Continuously monitor performance, analyzing relevant metrics for optimization • Detect relevant trends in influencer marketing and apply them strategically
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in performance-based influencer marketing • Strong analytical skills and feel confident navigating data • Deep understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPM • Network of relevant influencers • Proficient in tools such as Storyclash, Klar, Holistics, or similar platforms • Native Spanish speaker (negotiation level) with very good English skills • Experience in remote and multicultural environments
