📋 Description

• Own the accurate and timely month-end close process for assigned US clients • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports • Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with US accounting standards • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities • Support client accounting needs and escalate technical accounting issues when appropriate • Maintain organized close trackers, reconciliations, and process documentation • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal accounting policies, and best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client deliverables and deadlines • Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Big 4 public accounting experience is required • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Experience in fund accounting or financial accounting • US accounting experience is highly preferred • Proven experience managing the month-end close process • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting • Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Strong communication and client service skills • Ownership and accountability • Exceptional attention to detail • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple priorities
